I think it works because we’re both broken. Our jagged edges fit together. There are parts of us that we don’t let anyone else see not even out brothers. You can reach the fragments of Gabriel in me, and I can see the person you were before the bomb behind your eyes. It’s not that we’re touching some inner goodness that we’ve smothered, but it’s a part of our souls that we both thought we gone.

2) What were you thinking that day in Mohinder's apartment when you tried cutting into my head and couldn't? Canon per Heroes

The minute I had you against the wall I saw it. I saw that you were almost like me, that you could collect powers too. You were the light to my shadows. You had the potential to be my nemesis or my friend. I was too lost in the greed of the hunger then to even consider allowing for the friendship of course.

I wanted what you had, and when I saw you heal, I wanted that too. It meant I could pop you open, take what you had, and you’d come back. Too bad fucking Mohinder interrupted us.

3) Favorite memory of us together? Twitterverse

God there are so many moments that I love. But I think my favorite is that first night of shooting pool, when you caught me checking out your ass. Seeing you try to decide if you wanted to hit me or kiss me, when I was feeling exactly the same thing. It was electric.

4) What was it like for you here before i arrived? The Wall Verse

It was so quiet, so overwhelmingly silent. I didn’t collect the clocks and watches out of a need to fix them. It wasn’t to keep my hands busy. It certainly wasn’t to keep my mind going. I had my books for that. It was to have the ticking fill the silence.

I tried music, but it wasn’t comforting. It was noise, and it helped. But the ticking was like hearing your mother’s heartbeat in the womb.

5) Do memories of Nathan's still haunt you? Canon per Heroes.

They’re still part of me. I try so hard not to talk about them. I know it bothers you. Hell it bothers me. He wasn’t always a good man. You and I both know that, but a lot of his memories show me a different way to do things. Nathan didn’t react in anger often, not like I’m prone to do. He’s a bit of a guardian angel I guess.

It’s not like I’m not used to having other people’s voices in my head after all. Where do you think Sylar came from?

After all that I've done to keep you breathing, I'd be pissed. I know I let you get hurt, but that's because it makes you stronger. But if someone killed you, I would make them pay for it.

Because you were cute, funny and so painfully shy that it hurt. I wanted to help encourage you to be your own person, and to stop being afraid of who and what you are.

I was looking for a normal job, honestly. But after I discovered the Company I realized normal wasn't something I could do, yet.

1. If you could change anything about me, what would it be?
I’d like you to think about someone other than yourself first. (See my comment about your questions).

2. What was your first thought when you met the real me, after you saved me?
The more I found out about what your father did to you, the more I felt sorry for you. You were treated like a toy, a weapon, and not like the beautiful little girl you must have been. You should have had a childhood. You should have been protected. They broke you, and it pissed me off.

3. What color do you think looks best on me?
Blue, bright electric blue.

1) How do you explain the difference between yourself and the other Gabriel Grays?

2) What made you want to hire Scully for the Company in the first place?

1) How do you explain the difference between yourself and the other Gabriel Grays?
We all come from different realities, where different experiences shaped us. My brother, Gabriel met a Chandra who saw his potential and taught him. The Chandra I met couldn’t see mine, and it drove me a little crazy.

Part of me always wanted to be more. My parents were so very ordinary. Well I thought my father was until I met him, and I found out he was like me, a power collector and a murderer. I didn’t want to be like him, but I never got to find out what would have happened after that meeting. That’s where Angela Petrelli broke time/space to keep me from going down my path in life.

The Other, he’s so broken. There is no humanity left in him. Underneath it all, I didn’t want to be evil. I wanted to be special, but I didn’t want to destroy everyone. He does.

2) What made you want to hire Scully for the Company in the first place?
Scully is brilliant. Her medical knowledge was exactly what the Company needed. I didn’t know about her FBI experience when I offered her the job. I just liked her. I don’t meet many people who can keep up with me. She can, so can you.

3) Can you ignore the desire to collect powers knowing that it is part of your compulsion?
I am trying to. I admit it’s hard. I love the way it feels to hunt. It makes me feel like a god. But I have so much power now, that I don’t feel the need to get more. It’s still there. I can’t deny that, but I don’t want to kill anyone else.

4) What are your plans now that you've caught Beast?
We’re going to Disneyland!

5) Scully trusts you completely. Would you allow anything to happen to her or our son?
I don’t have many friends, and Scully is one of them. I would protect her and her son with my life. The only reason Harkness isn’t dead for hurting her is that I haven’t figured out how to kill him yet.
